Hi, my name is Stephen and I’m an online personal trainer in Somerset, New Jersey.

With a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and over a decade of experience teaching fitness 1-on-1, I know how to integrate sustainable health habits into any lifestyle.

It’s my goal to help you develop a new perspective on fitness. I love to empower people like you to take action and start developing a healthy lifestyle.

With my results-based approach, I teach you what you need to know to fix your diet and start working out.

Most importantly, I help keep you disciplined to follow through on your goals of becoming a healthier, happier you.
