Many online fitness coaches rely on cookie-cutter workout and diet routines. In other words, everyone is getting the same program regardless of their individuality.

At Feel Think Fit, each client receives 100% personalized workout and nutrition plans. That means that I am personally designing each and every detail of your fitness plan to best fit your schedule, lifestyle, and personal needs. This level of customization is why I only work with a limited number of clients at a time.

If you’re transitioning to a plant-based diet, I will help you do that. If you want to eat a ketogenic diet, then keto foods are what you’ll get. If you don’t know what to eat, I will help you choose which approach is optimal for you to achieve your goals.

Hitting the beach soon? I will help you get in shape so you look your best. Going on vacation? You’ll get a to-go workout sent straight to your inbox. And if you want to burn fat first and then build muscle, I will help you do that.

At Feel Think Fit, my goal is to help you gain confidence with dieting and working out without obsessing over things.

FTF is designed to teach you the foundations of a healthy lifestyle from the ground up. People of all skill levels and experience are welcome, but the personalized support I provide is especially helpful to beginners.

You won’t be just another face in the crowded gym class with Feel Think Fit. Every client gets a personalized fitness plan to guide them, and along the way you will be certain to build your self confidence as you gain step-by-step experience of proper exercise form, the principles of a healthy diet, and more.

Advanced trainees are welcome too! Even expert workout buffs hit plateaus. If you’re tired of following the same old routine, or just need to be pushed to your limits, I can help.

Many people know the “what,” but struggle when it comes to following through with consistency. I will help you get back on on your grind, hit new PRs, and remind you to have fun along the way.

Yes. Many clients have come to me with nagging joint pains, back issues, and more. You’ll not only get help “working around it,” you’ll also learn ways to manage whatever issues you’re experiencing. If necessary, I can help determine whether you’re better off seeking a medical opinion for your injury.

You will need to dedicate at least 2-3 hours weekly to achieve your goals. Training is an ongoing process that should adjust with your lifestyle. Once you’re training with Feel Think Fit, you’ll work directly with me to get the best plan for your body and your schedule.

Nope! Whether you want to work out in the gym or at home, with or without weights, I can customize your workouts to feature the equipment you have access to.

I have worked with clients as young as 15 and as old as 70. No matter your age, you can be taught to improve your fitness: flexibility, strength, mindset, and diet.

Every week you will receive a video check-in from me in which I answer your questions, discuss challenges you’re struggling with, and give you any feedback you need.

I prefer to maintain an ongoing conversation with my clients in the Feel Think Fit app so that I can best help you achieve your goals. You are encouraged to message me anytime with your questions and concerns, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

To make sure your form is perfect, every exercise in your workouts feature video demonstrations and detailed text instructions.

You can also record yourself and send me videos to review, and I will respond with my feedback within 24 hours.

Your progress is tracked in the Feel Think Fit app in real-time! I monitor the changes in your strength, performance, weight, and physique and adjust your training and nutrition plans as necessary.

Sustainable results are key. In order to get the best results possible, there is a 1-month minimum commitment. Clients come to enjoy having someone they trust write their diet and workout plans, so most stay onboard for a year or more. My longest-term client has been training with me for over 7 years now!

Clients typically lose 5-10lbs in their first month, but your mileage may vary! Depending on your fitness goals and your current fitness level, more time may be required. But, if you’re looking for a “quick fix” or some magic pill, then Feel Think Fit isn’t for you.

Nope. I’ve worked with clients overseas from the U.K. to Hong Kong and beyond. No matter where you’re from, you are welcome.

Feel Think Fit accepts ACH debit bank transfers, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and PayPal.

All payments are made on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
